Interior

The front door of "The Cottage" enters a sunroom living and dining area where you will enjoy drinking your morning coffee, watching birds and butterflies and an occasional deer or racoon. This room is a great space to have a meal and to play cards or read. Another living area features cable television and a sofa which opens into a queen sleeper.

One large bedroom has a queen bed and is generously furnished with antiques , most original to the Owen family . Another bedroom is furnished with a double bed and opens to a small courtyard with bistro seating. All bed linen is 100% cotton.

One bathroom features an antique clawfoot tub while the other has a shower.

The kitchen is large and accommodates another eating area. Equipped with range and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, the kitchen assures convenience and comfort for the longer visit. It is well stocked for a full breakfast.

"The Cottage" is beautifully decorated just as you would expect a country cottage to be. Ceiling fans in every room add to air conditioned comfort. It is the perfect spot "to come home to" after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Your stay may remind you of a storybook visit to grandmothers house. Enjoy rest and retreat in the privacy of the entire house with its antique furnishings and ambience of a less hurried time.
